At Provalo, we aim at providing high quality of products for our customers. Customer Satisfaction and their needs is top priority for us. 

Under what conditions can I return/replace my product? 

  • If wrong product is delivered;
  • Damaged product is delivered (physical damage/tampered packaging);
  • Expired product is delivered;
  • Product is not delivered as per the ordered quantity; and
  • Incomplete order – missing products. 

How to return the product? 

You can return your products in case of aforesaid conditions and should undertake the following steps:

  • To provide images of product/images of box;
  • To provide invoice of product;
  • To raise your query for product under the refund/return request and share the same with within 2 days from the date of delivery of the products or get in touch with us at +91-9111796668 in case of any queries. Our customer care team will resolve your queries and/or issues at the earliest.

When return/replacement requests of products will not be accepted? 

    Return/replacement requests of products will not be accepted, if the product is opened/used/altered or the refund/return is generated after 2 days from the date of the delivery of product or if the damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery of product. 

    What is the replacement time of product? 

    Once your replacement request is accepted, a pick up will be organized for your product and our courier partner will pick up the product within 3-5 working days from your address and deliver the replaced product within 4-5 days to your address thereafter.

    When can I cancel the order? 

      You can cancel order anytime before the order is shipped. In case, any difficulties are faced by you whilst cancelling the order you can get in touch with us on +91-9111796668 or email us at 

      When can we cancel your order? 

        We reserve our right to cancel your order in case of unforeseeable circumstances or we come across any invalid and/or fraudulent transactions.

        Please take note that if we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using our Platform, we shall have sole discretion to cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and consumers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them. 

        What if order is marked delivered and not received by you? 

          In such case, you can email us at or get in touch with us on +91-9111796668 within 2 days from the date of intimation of delivery of product. 

          When order cannot be cancelled? 

            If the order is already shipped and/or the order contains products which were purchased under a special promotional offer or any offer or any other special scheme, in such cases, order level cancellation shall not be applicable. 

            When will I receive refund for a cancelled order or returned order? 

              Once the return/cancellation request is approved and after the product is received by us and our quality check is completed, the refund (excluding the shipping charges, if any) shall be initiated to your Bank Account/Debit Card/Credit Card within 24 working hours therefrom. It may take around 7-10 working days for credit to your account. In case of cash on delivery order, you are requested to provide us your banking details to receive your refund.
